Job summary

Veolia Group, through its Water Technology Business, seeks a Sales Area Manager to deliver the area sales and margin plan. You will hire, coach, develop and lead a technical sales and service team, driving value for customers and fostering long-term retention and growth.

You will craft and execute sales plans to expand the business base and win competitively held accounts. The successful candidate will be located within a reasonable distance to Wichita or Garden City, Kansas, and will travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of technical sales experience in water processes and chemical treatment.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% and reside near customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory growth by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, pricing, and profitability.
• Conduct customer training, plant visits, product demonstrations, and needs analysis.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and uphold EH&S culture.
