Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the Pacific Northwest area to lead a team of TSLs, SDLs and frontline staff. You will drive selling targets, improve market share, and work with Commercial, GTM, Delivery and Warehouse to execute plans and measure performance against AMAS/ASAS metrics.

You will build partnerships with customers, manage labor targets, and develop coaching programs to raise selling excellence across the market. This role requires travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of selling experience including key account management.
• Experience leading salaried and frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support all sales and merchandising activities within a geographic area to achieve goals.
• Lead and coach the team on selling and display execution and merchandising standards.
• Establish weekly 1:1s and team meetings to drive communication.
• Set objectives, use data to guide sales and service teams.
• Collaborate with GTM, Warehouse, and Delivery to resolve challenges.
• Drive store calls and customer visits; promote brand initiatives.
