Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales, business development, or account management experience.
• 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.
• Proven success growing revenue and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation products and engineered solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing sales forecasts, territory plans, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Inside Sales professionals.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive business development activities, including prospecting and strategic account development.
• Communicate value of automation, hydraulics, robotics, and engineered solutions to customers.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans for the territory.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customer support, and operations to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity in the industrial automation sector.
