• Field coaching to elevate performance and standardize best practices
• Measuring enablement impact via ramp time, win rate, and partner activation

Responsibilities

• Build and run onboarding and ongoing training for sales reps and reseller partners.
• Create playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts and pitch materials that actually get used.
• Partner with product and marketing to keep the field current on what's new and what wins.
• Coach in the field; find what your best reps do and make it the standard.
• Measure enablement against real outcomes — ramp time, win rate, partner activation.
