Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott. You will join a customer-focused sales team and provide exceptional service while supporting the group, catering, and events processes.

This role requires an engaging personality and professional communication with guests and colleagues. The position offers growth opportunities across a portfolio of hotels, a robust wage package, benefits, and professional development within a leading hospitality

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
Strong desire to make an impact on others.
Outgoing and engaging personality.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and qualify inquiries.
Set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager; send packages and answer general questions.
Create monthly recap of leads and updates.
Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours.
Create Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate.
Control office supplies and ordering when necessary.
Update Sales System with actuals after events.
Send out thank you cards/emails.
