Sage Hospitality Group seeks an Area Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy for The Ann and Margaritaville in Savannah, GA. The role directs revenue management, pricing, and reservations to maximize revenue and guest experience.

You will collaborate with general managers and sales leaders, manage budgets, and guide a team of coordinators and analysts. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on optimization across multi-property operations.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred; hospitality experience valued.
• 3-5 years of multi-branded revenue management experience.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Marriott systems (one yield, ERS/CI-TY) and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue, profit and market share for rooms and function space across assigned hotels.
• Partner with GMs and Sales/Commercial Leaders on pricing strategy and marketing profitability.
• Develop annual budgets and business plans; guide rate positioning and seasonality.
• Build and present results to ownership and asset management; align strategies across properties.
