Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Area Director, Replenishment in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee replenishment and inventory across your Area, leading Replenishment Leads, Buyers, and Operations Support Specialists. Your team drives all replenishment activities for grocery, fresh, and produce categories.

You will report to the Senior Director, Region Replenishment and coordinate with COE, Area leadership, and cross-functional partners to optimize service levels and inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related fields or related experience or military experience.
• 7 years of work experience managing operations and leading teams within core supply chain functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach large teams.

Responsibilities

• Own replenishment performance metrics across the Area and drive improvement.
• Lead replenishment execution, inventory health, and PO management with the buying team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, DC Ops, and Finance.
