• Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns through listening and consultation.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and providing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain inventory integrity through QA guidelines, procedures and program execution.
