Job summary

• Alternative: 2 years Walmart logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attends required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback; support and model company policies and procedures.
• Manage QA guidelines and programs to increase efficiency and maintain inventory integrity.
