Job summary

Walmart in Mebane, NC is hiring for a logistics supervisor responsible for communicating goals, staffing, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet facility targets. Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business or Logistics with 1 year supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
Experience with inventory management and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility targets.
Monitor productivity and ensure QA and inventory integrity while maintaining safety standards.
Develop associates and leaders through coaching, feedback, and training.
Oversee QA guidelines, inventory controls, and system maintenance.
