Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations of our Hilton Head area properties. You will supervise market staff, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and work closely with owners to ensure guest and owner satisfaction.

This role requires proximity to Hilton Head and regular travel to sites, with on-call availability after hours. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in multi-site property management, 2+ years in people management, and a flexible schedule to meet business

Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience across multi-site locations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years in homeowner relations or owner communications.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising and managing market staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Serve as main contact to owners, review statements, and monitor property status.
• Oversee guest and homeowner issue resolution within deadlines and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet AvantStay standards and metrics related to owner satisfaction.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance tasks across properties in the market.
• Coordinate operations with other teams and evaluate property maintenance.
• Perform essential administrative duties and assign tasks to team members.
• Maintain inventory of consumables and linens for the market.
• Conduct regular inspections for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Respond to guest/owner inquiries via email, calls, texts, or tickets.
• Travel daily between properties to supervise operations.
