Job summary

Beach Properties of Hilton Head is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support property managers and ensure high standards across our rental inventory in Hilton Head Island, SC. The role involves coordinating scheduling, property reviews, and communication with guests and homeowners.

The candidate should have strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with experience using Excel and Word.

Strong guest service and customer service skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Excel, Word and other computer programs.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist Property Managers with maintaining the highest level of quality of our property inventory.
Meet or exceed homeowner satisfaction goals as required.
Coordinate administrative duties such as scheduling, project coordination, property reviews, and comment card follow-up.
Coordinate services including housekeeping, maintenance, bi-annual HVAC, annual preventive maintenance, property reviews, and comment card follow-up.
Extensive guest contact with a high level of customer service to be exhibited.
Inspect assigned rental properties to ensure units are maintained per Beach Properties' standards; prepare reports for owners.
Report maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate departments promptly.
