A leading logistics company seeks a project manager to oversee customer satisfaction and operational excellence for end-to-end shipment lifecycle. This role demands fluency in Chinese and English, along with extensive experience in all transport modes. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to align with strategic growth initiatives while enhancing client relationships and operational metrics.
Be the primary point of contact to ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, including inland delivery, by working closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders. Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction across MPL product offerings (own customers). Manage people and processes to execute designed project solutions.
