Job summary

HelloFresh in Irving, TX is seeking a capable Area Manager II to lead and develop a large group of hourly associates across production lines. You will train staff, ensure proper tools and training are provided, and relay critical information to managers every shift.

You will resolve issues, balance metrics like quality, safety and morale, and drive continuous process improvements. Prior supervisory experience in a production setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED or related work experience.
• Preferred: 1–3 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Ability to train and develop a large group of employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shift hourly associates and report information to managers.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results.
• Carry out daily shift meetings and safety meetings with employees.
• Conduct interviews for nonexempt shifts and perform accident investigations.
• Manage department priorities, track absenteeism and timekeeping.
• Provide tools, training and corrective direction as needed.
