Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years of team leadership in manufacturing or production.
• Experience as Production Coordinator/Lead or similar role.
• Zero active written disciplines.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, safety regulations, and WCM/Lean principles.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate an assigned group of associates to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.
• Assign associates to stations based on skill, production needs, and safety requirements.
• Act as liaison between Supervisor and associates; communicate expectations, priorities and feedback.
• Provide peer-to-peer training, coaching and guidance to associates.
• Assist with training, onboarding and development of new operators.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability and engagement.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily production activities to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate manpower to meet daily production requirements.
• Maintain production records and assist with reporting on metrics, performance and efficiency.
• Support scrap reduction, breakdown improvement, FPY improvement, CAL improvement and process reliability.
• Ensure a safe working environment with a goal of zero injuries.
• Report and address safety incidents promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality and company standards.
• Maintain strong 5S and housekeeping across areas.
• Collaborate with quality teams to meet quality requirements.
• Utilize WCM and lean tools to drive continuous improvement and improve key metrics.
• Lead or participate in WCM and lean activities.
• Write, manage and close WCM tags for the area.
• Support SEWO countermeasures and AY initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
