US Foods is seeking an Area Director, Pricing in Grand Forks, ND to lead local pricing strategy and margin execution. You will guide pricing decisions, collaborate with area sales leadership, and mentor the pricing team to optimize gross and net margins across the area.

The role requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functionally and improving profitability. Onsite work with opportunities for travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of pricing experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to influence pricing decisions with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and pricing data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and margin management for the area.
• Analyze impact of COGs, freight, and promotions on margins.
• Manage weekly commodity and KVI process with analytics guidance.
• Coach the Area Pricing Analyst and collaborate with Sales leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous pricing improvements.
