QualDerm Partners is seeking an Area Practice Manager to lead clinic teams across dermatology and related services, ensuring smooth operations and an enhanced patient experience. You will coach staff, manage daily workflows, and drive improvements with physicians and leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in a healthcare office, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel between Brentwood, Hendersonville, and Goodlettsville practices. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare office.
• Working knowledge of medical practice operations and terminology.
• Ability to solve problems, set priorities, and stay calm under change.
• Clear communication and relationship-building with patients, providers, and coworkers.
• Comfort with new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and develop practice staff in partnership with HR.
• Keep daily operations on track: registration, scheduling, patient calls, and medical records.
• Plan staffing coverage around clinic needs and busy days.
• Resolve patient and referral concerns and address root causes to improve experience.
• Share practice results with physicians and business leaders; identify workflow, facilities, and technology improvements.
• Partner with billing and financial leaders on patient accounts, reports, contracts, and budgets.
