QualDerm Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Practice Manager to lead and develop the practice staff across multiple locations. You will oversee daily operations, including registration, scheduling, patient calls, and medical records, while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

You'll travel between Brentwood, Hendersonville, and Goodlettsville practices, coaching teams, aligning workflows with billing and leadership, and improving patient care through better processes and technology.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare office.
• A working knowledge of medical practice operations and terminology.
• The judgment to solve problems, set priorities, and stay calm when plans change.
• Clear communication and the ability to build strong relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Bachelor's Degree plus but will consider candidates with experience in lieu of degree(s)

At QualDerm, our teams support care across dermatology, skin cancer, cosmetics, plastic surgery, and pathology. We’re looking for an Area Practice Manager who can bring people together, keep busy practices running smoothly, and make the experience better for patients, providers, and staff.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll coach your teams and improve how work gets done—and when the front desk needs help, you’ll be ready to jump in.

What you’ll do

Must be willing to travel between Brentwood, Hendersonville and Goodlettsville practices. Practice schedules may vary; typical business hours fall between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Proven experience in leading and building an organization
• 3--5 years of prior management experience in an environment where you were responsible for managing a P&L as well as daily staffing schedules
• Financial acumen
• Forecasting
• Understanding of daily reporting and how to manage a P&L
• Achieving profitability and patient mix goals
• Exceptional communication and strong knowledge and application of the English language, including grammar and spelling
• High level of customer service execution
