QualDerm Partners is seeking an Area Practice Manager for our Mesa and San Tan Valley locations to lead day-to-day operations, drive patient experience, and build a high-performing team. This Working Manager role focuses on profitability, staffing, and brand alignment across centers.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with clinicians to ensure top-tier dermatology care while expanding the practice footprint. A strong financial background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and building an organization.
• 3-5 years of management experience with P&L responsibility and staffing schedules.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and daily reporting experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Customer service excellence and ability to manage patient experience goals.
• Technical savviness and basic clinical understanding.
• Willingness to work in a fast-growing dermatology environment.

Responsabilités

• Set and oversee patient experience processes to uphold brand standards.
• Lead and develop the team; backfill as needed and ensure proper staffing.
• Drive outreach, brand integration, and center growth (P&L responsibility).
• Manage analytics, budgeting, and cost control for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data privacy, HIPAA compliance, and accurate data across systems.
