Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a maintenance administration professional to coordinate activities across asset management and shop documentation in Lockport, IL. This role supports SAP-based records, capital asset processing, and equipment lifecycle tasks.

You will train staff on maintenance systems, assist with purchasing, and help ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across plant and mobile equipment teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with ERP or maintenance management systems, preferably SAP or similar business platforms.
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analyzing operational information to support maintenance activities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to support multiple plant and maintenance teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Competitive base salary $56,740 - $66,670
