Job summary

EOS Hospitality in Florida seeks an Area People & Culture Manager to support HR operations across Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort and Isla Bella Beach Resort. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, employee engagement, and daily People & Culture operations.

The position coordinates H-2B and J-1 programs, including communication with immigration partners and documentation, onboarding, and arrivals/departures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR or related admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily HR functions across both properties.
• Advise departments on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Manage employee relations, attendance, performance issues, and corrective action.
• Assist with investigations, documentation, and case resolutions.
• Support onboarding, training, and new hire orientation.
• Oversee H-2B and J-1 programs, including documentation and housing/transport arrangements.
• Maintain confidential employee files and ensure legal compliance.
• Foster employee engagement and maintain positive workplaces.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, background checks, and job postings.
