Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort is seeking an organized Employee Housing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our employee housing program and support the People + Culture department. Responsibilities include occupancy planning, move-ins/move-outs, inspections, unit readiness, housing documentation, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or apartment operations.
• Experience with move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and occupancy management is strongly preferred.
• Hospitality or employee housing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proactive with attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the employee housing program across multiple locations.
• Manage housing assignments, move-ins, transfers, and move-outs.
• Forecast housing needs in collaboration with People + Culture and Recruiting.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination for housing units.
• Prepare and maintain leases, occupancy records, and housing documentation.
• Support People + Culture with administrative tasks and onboarding activities.
