Job summary

RamClean is seeking an Area Operations Supervisor to oversee janitorial staff across Louisville-area sites, manage scheduling, inspections, and quality control, and ensure premier service for major client accounts. This role requires frequent travel to client locations and tight KPI-driven leadership.

You will drive recruiting, daily reporting with GPS/Swept, and collaboration with sales to onboard new clients while leading safety, efficiency, and service improvements for a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in janitorial/facility or multi-site service leadership.
• Strong people leadership and customer communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile apps for time, inspections, and messaging (Swept preferred).
• Working knowledge of safety practices (PPE, chemical handling, slips/trips).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work some 2nd/3rd-shift audits.
• Preferred bilingual in Spanish and English; experience with BrightGo app; KPI-driven mindset.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas - Shelbyville, Lebanon, Jeffersonville (Indiana), and other areas in the Louisville/Central Kentucky area. This position requires frequent travel to Lebanon, KY, to oversee and support operations at a large client account.

Compensation: $65,000/year

• Ability to drive golf carts, forklifts, and other small machinery like ride-on scrubbers.
