Job summary

RamClean is seeking an Area Operations Supervisor for Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding areas. You will lead janitorial teams, oversee scheduling, inspections, and client coordination, while ensuring premium service standards and efficient operations.

• Strong people leadership and customer communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile apps for time, inspections, and messaging (Swept preferred).
• Working knowledge of safety practices (PPE, chemical handling, slips/trips).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work some 2nd/3rd-shift audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage janitorial staff across multiple Cincinnati-area sites.
• Oversee scheduling, inspections, and quality control to maintain premium service standards.
• Partner with recruiting to hire and onboard top performers.
• Daily reporting and reviewing using GPS-based mobile app (Swept) - approving hours, identifying GPS errors, etc.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new clients and specialty services.
• Performing comprehensive account inspections to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage supply ordering and inventory.

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding areas - Cincinnati, Batavia, Eastgate, Milford, Mason, Sharonville, Lebanon, Harrisburg, Hamilton, and other areas surrounding Cincinnati.

Compensation: $65,000/year

Key Performance Goals

• Training Completion: 100% on-time for new hires and underperforming staff.


• Overtime Control: Maintain OT % at or below branch target, with variances documented and corrected.


• Safety Standards: ≥ 95% toolbox talk completion; ≥ 98% PPE and process audit pass rate.

• Ability to drive golf carts, forklifts, and other small machinery like ride-on scrubbers.


• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws
