Job summary

RamClean is seeking an Area Operations Supervisor for Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. This role oversees multiple sites, coordinates scheduling, inspections, and client relations to ensure premium service delivery.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with recruiting, track KPIs, and manage supplies and safety protocols. The position offers a $65,000/year base with a performance bonus tied to KPIs, plus gas allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in janitorial/facility or multi-site service leadership.
• Strong people leadership and customer communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile apps for time, inspections, and messaging (Swept preferred).
• Working knowledge of safety practices (PPE, chemical handling, slips/trips).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work some 2nd/3rd-shift audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage janitorial staff across multiple Cincinnati-area sites.

• Ability to drive golf carts, forklifts, and other small machinery like ride-on scrubbers.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws
