Job summary

Xclusive Services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee customer relationships and daily operations at the property level across our national service team. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Safety, Finance, and Compliance to drive service quality and operational excellence.

You will lead recruitment efforts, build strong property relationships, and help drive upsell opportunities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related field or similar role.
• Must be available for nonstandard hours (evenings/weekends).
• Hotel/hospitality on-site management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel across assigned properties.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely weekly payroll and expenses.
• Complete safety and training courses and respond to incidents.
• Establish and maintain 3x3 relationships within properties.
• Maintain a high NPS score across managed properties.
• Uncover upsell opportunities and disclose to District Manager.
• Assist in customer engagement activities and events.
• Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns.
• Provide cultural leadership within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
