Job summary

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking an Area Manager to ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to clients are fulfilled, and work is completed on time and within budget. This is a KEY role with advancement opportunities based on performance.

You will manage Team Leads and frontline staff, hire employees, schedule workload for new and existing accounts, monitor labor budgets, and provide weekly reports to management. Flex hours and KPI bonuses are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of management experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Team Leads and Front Line Employees.
• Hire employees.
• Supplement site inspections and follow-up plans.
• Manage Labor budget in assigned areas.
• Develop strategy to align expenditures with budget.
• Manage and evaluate time-keeping system.
• Schedule workload for new and existing accounts.
• Ensure promised service is delivered and customer is satisfied.
• Collaborate with OP management and follow up on tasks.
