Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Operations Manager for the DMV area to guide a team of cleaners and site leaders across 25+ client buildings. You will drive quality standards, implement training, and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in janitorial operations, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this opportunity.
