Job summary

Multi Clean is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee commercial janitorial accounts and special projects across Tulsa, OK. You will coordinate people, priorities and on-site details to ensure work is completed to standard every time.

You will manage day-to-day performance across accounts, lead field teams, maintain client trust, and drive project planning from kickoff to closeout, including post-visit follow-ups and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and efficient.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
• Spanish is a plus; janitorial industry experience preferred, not required.

A Typical Shift

You’ll start by checking messages and site updates, then map out priorities for the day—what needs attention now, what can be scheduled, and where a quick visit will prevent a bigger issue later. Expect time in the field moving between locations, short check‑ins with clients, and real-time adjustments when schedules shift.

Some days include walk‑throughs for upcoming work, coordinating after‑hours needs, or confirming details for a construction final clean. You’ll wrap up by closing loops—making sure questions are answered, notes are documented, and the next day is set up to run cleanly.
