Job summary

HARVARD Services Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic operations leader to oversee daily activities across multiple sites in the assigned territory. The role emphasizes financial accountability, client relationship management, and efficient service delivery.

You will manage P&L, develop policies to control costs, and mentor field staff from cleaners to technicians. Strong data skills and cross-functional leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience driving process improvement using data, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Experience in facilities management or a similar services industry is highly preferred.
• Background in quality assurance, client experience, or service delivery management preferred.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, KPIs, BI dashboards, and data management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
• Proven success in key client management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

• Travel within the assigned territory to oversee operations and customer relationships.
