Job summary

Walmart in Arizona is seeking a Maintenance & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations in the maintenance department. You will manage staffing, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

You will ensure associates are trained on policies, oversee equipment maintenance, and drive continuous improvements in line with Walmart’s values. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field with 1 year supervising experience, or
Bachelor's Degree in a Business/Industrial field with supervisory experience, or
2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including leading a team, or
2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment with maintenance exposure.

Responsibilities

Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility goals.
Monitor and analyze business reports to manage productivity and performance.
Ensure training and policy compliance in maintenance and safety standards.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties and coach performance.
Maintain department operations including equipment maintenance and regulatory compliance.
