Job summary

Walmart in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department and keep warehouse equipment reliable, safe, and compliant with regulations. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with teams to meet production and service goals while upholding Walmart's standards and culture of integrity.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience
Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field or 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment
2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team
2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; managing workload; participating in hiring and promotion of employees

Responsibilities

Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling for area of responsibility
Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies and procedures
