Walmart Lebanon, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department, oversee equipment upkeep, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate staffing, assign duties, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations while aligning with Walmart's standards and values.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field or 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
• 2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team (e.g. risk control).
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees with 1 year experience in the maintenance field.

• Communicate and implement area business plan by managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports to ensure department goals are met.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by coordinating workloads and providing feedback.
• Manage maintenance department daily operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
