Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Garden City, Idaho, seeks a System Operations Supervisor to oversee field technicians across the region. Under the System Operations General Manager, you will guide daily field activities, ensure safety, and manage staffing and project schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or HVAC trade/apprenticeship completion.
• Four+ years as a commercial HVAC Journeyperson Technician.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Valid driver's license with MVR meeting standards.
• Willingness to attend ACCO/Union training is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise System Operations technicians in the assigned area.
• Recruit, interview and train new employees.
• Coordinate with GC, PM and other departments.
• Conduct site safety inspections and enforce guidelines.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and QA/QC.
• Assist in staffing and vacation planning.
