Responsibilities

• Champions safety, environmental and service policies and process improvements.
• Oversees value creation and profitability for the assigned area.
• Ensures equipment is clean, maintained and in excellent working condition.
• Represents the company with customers, providing technical/operational expertise.
• Deploys equipment, materials and personnel efficiently to job sites to optimize costs.
• Leads preventive maintenance and call-out/repair within a geographic area.
• Communicates targets and performance metrics to the team and plans improvements.
• Coordinates with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize resource use.
• Evaluates direct reports and recommends training for technical and soft skills.
• Implements and communicates performance measures and budget adherence.
