The role will manage labor, productivity, and safety measures while representing the company with clients and regulators. You will collaborate with senior leadership to establish goals, develop procedures, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of leadership experience in industrial construction/maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of industry principles and best practices.
• Read, understand, and interpret specifications, drawings, and isometric drawings.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others.
• Proven ability to drive strategic direction.
• Executive presence with senior leaders; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization for the area.
• Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Review status reports from Account and Project Managers and address issues.
• Lead safety performance with visible leadership on sites.
• Collaborate with other areas to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure design standards are applied consistently across crafts.
• Develop work scopes and labor estimates with PMs.
• Interface with Clients, Construction Personnel, Subconsultants and others.
