The role focuses on keeping units running smoothly, implementing procedures, and coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Training and Shift Supervisors to ensure safe and profitable unit operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of on-the-job experience.
• Significant energy industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Keeps assigned unit(s) running smoothly and on spec with products.
• Establish, update and implement operating procedures to optimize assigned units.
• Prepare procedures for starting and stopping equipment and for start-up/shutdown actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental rules and regulations.
