Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Flowood, MS seeks an Area Supervisor/Area Manager to lead operations and maintenance across compressor, pipeline, and storage assets. You will ensure safety, compliance, and reliability while directing cross-functional coordination and budgeting.

The role requires 5–10 years in natural gas operations, strong leadership, and the ability to read O&M manuals and drawings. A valid driver’s license and readiness for field work are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in the natural gas compression and storage industry
• Familiar with DOT 192 regulations and pipeline operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and implement O&M manuals and drawings/maps
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the operating budget for the assigned area
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of compressor, pipeline, storage, corrosion and measurement facilities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with Operations Support, Engineering, Construction, Gas Control, Legal, and ROW
• Develop and train employees, lead safety programs and emergency response
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage asset-related policies and procedures
• Engage with emergency response agencies and community stakeholders
