Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP seeks an Associate/Field/Senior Field Technician in Heidelberg, MS to operate and maintain a natural gas compressor station and pipeline network. You will respond to callouts, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across field operations.

The role requires standing and physical work, valid driver's license, and a high school diploma; an associate degree and related training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate computer systems and DOT documentation.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and attention to safety processes.
• Record of safe work practices in field environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Mechanical aptitude with equipment and controls understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a natural gas compressor station and pipeline system.
• Respond to callouts, participate in on-call rotation, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per DOT and company standards.
• Handle field tasks including meter stations, corrosion control, valves, surveys, ROW work.
• Support construction activities and locate pipes as required; OQ tasks may be assigned.
