Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines in Sulphur, LA is seeking an Area Supervisor/Area Manager to lead O&M teams across compressor, storage, pipelines and related facilities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of assets in line with DOT, EPA/DEQ and company policies. The role requires 5–10 years in gas compression/storage and 3–5 years in a supervisory position, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with multiple departments, and act as primary customer

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ experience in natural gas compression and storage.
• Three to five years in a supervisor position in the natural gas industry or equivalent industry.
• Familiar with DOT 192 regulations and natural gas pipeline operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and strong computer skills along with economic and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead O&M personnel to ensure safe, reliable operation of assets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA/DEQ, DOT 192/195 and company policies.
• Maintain and monitor equipment; report safety-related conditions.
• Manage operating budget and cross-functional coordination.
• Serve as primary customer contact and emergency response support.
