Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines seeks an Area Supervisor/Area Manager for the Jeffersontown, KY office. The role leads the compression, pipeline, corrosion, and measurement teams to ensure safe, compliant operations under DOT 192 and EPA/DEQ requirements.

You will coordinate with Operations Support, Engineering, and other leaders to maintain reliability and safety. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in natural gas compression/storage, 3–5 years in supervision, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ experience in natural gas compression and storage.
• Three to five years’ experience in a supervisor role in natural gas or related industry.
• Familiar with DOT 192 regulations and pipeline operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.
• Ability to read O&M manuals, drawings, and valve maps.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for compression, pipeline, corrosion, and measurement O&M.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation and regulatory compliance.
• Manage local control room and shift personnel.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and other leaders to optimize facilities.
