Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• Or 2 years Walmart logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to set goals and manage staffing.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and analyzing business reports.
• Ensure quality and safety by training associates on policies and procedures.
