Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
- 2 years supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally or in writing to support facility goals.
- Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
- Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards in area of responsibility.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and take corrective action.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties and providing feedback.
- Uphold Walmart values and foster a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.
