Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required or preferred.
• 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity of area by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, coaching, and evaluation.
