Qualifications

• Lead the team and drive a positive culture.
• Post-shift walkthroughs with results communicated on Slack.
• Hold Team Members accountable for training Team Members-in-Training.
• Manage daily huddles with on-shift staff.
• Place Team Members in positions based on business needs.
• Mitigate and de-escalate customer or employee disputes.
• Oversee quarterly QIV (Deloitte) and Food Safety visits.
• Run breaks in accordance with labor laws.
• Execute food cost and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and vendor repairs.
• End of Month counts.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Promote a safe environment and high morale with minimal politics.
• Post-shift walkthroughs with results communicated on Slack.
• Hold daily huddles with Team Members on shift.
• Develop Team Members and provide constructive feedback.
• Customer Experience: Place Team Members and New Hires appropriately.
• Handle callouts and adjust staffing to meet needs.
• De-escalate conflicts between customers or employees.
• Oversee safety, quality, and daily checklists compliance.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in all restaurant operations.
• Conclude End of Month counts and report findings.
