Responsibilities

• Learn and coach Chick-fil-A Pathway requirements.
• Develop and coach team members.
• Participate in day-to-day restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Drive team to meet customer service, speed, quality, safety and profitability metrics.
• Respond promptly to guest needs with respect.
• Assist in training new hires and set shift tone.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open/close shifts and act as key holder.
• Cash handling and daily receipts.
