Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services in Texas is seeking an Area Manager who will lead field operations from start to finish, ensuring top-quality installations and client satisfaction.

You’ll partner with builders and installers to deliver timely results, troubleshoot issues on site, verify completion, and uphold our standards that set Wisenbaker apart in the interior finish space. This role rewards hands-on leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations in building or installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitate, walk through, troubleshoot, resolve, and provide installation updates.
• Verify job completion in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and installers to plan and resolve installation processes.
• Minimize discounts and resolve customer back charges.

Your Mission

You’ll be the go-to leader for product and installation partnering with builders and installers to ensure the timely delivery of excellent work. You’ll be the face of Wisenbaker in the installation of quality products, monitoring, resolving and delivering timely results and upholding the standards that set Wisenbaker apart.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Enjoying Every Minute of It):

• Building strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitating, walking, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates of installations.
• Verifying job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicating with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimizing discounts and resolving customer back charges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Field operations experience preferred; knowledge of Wisenbaker processes a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable making on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving.
