Lakeshore Recycling Systems in Indiana is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the assigned geographic area, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while guiding drivers and laborers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Operations Supervisor, preferably from the waste management, manufacturing or trucking/transportation Industry
• Must have a commercial driver’s license (CDL) or willing to obtain one (if supervising drivers)

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations in the assigned area and supervise drivers and laborers.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations with real-time issue reporting.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, call-ins/no-shows, and monitor department metrics.
• Optimize routes and facilities and perform area visits and assessments.
• Provide safety training, incident reporting, and safety program oversight.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the workforce to maintain high performance.
