• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly workforce and engage the team during shifts to maintain high safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and to the right location by maintaining customer expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean techniques to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals and drive performance improvements.
