Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma process improvements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
• Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds; climb stairs as required
• Stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in variable temperatures and loud environments
